Founder Carrie Donnelly Speshock grew up in and around the highway construction industry. In 1994, she founded Donnelly Construction Inc. (DCI) as a highway maintenance company based in Mechanicville, NY. Over the past three decades, DCI has evolved to meet the growing and changing demands of the industry—now specializing in safe, professional, and exceptional traffic control services.
Donnelly Construction successfully completes hundreds of contracts each year, supported by a fleet of over 100 specialized traffic control vehicles and equipment—including attenuator trucks, message boards, arrow boards, cones, barrels, temporary barriers, and construction signage.
Our dedicated and reliable team is certified through the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), ensuring they possess the expertise and skills necessary to safely manage and control traffic in active work zones.
Conveniently headquartered in Saratoga County, New York, just five miles from I-87 Exits 10, 11, or 12, we are ideally positioned to efficiently serve clients throughout New York State, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
